Job Summary The Senior Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and regulatory guidance for toys, juvenile products, and other assigned product categories intended for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer product safety, regulatory compliance, performance requirements, and testing requirements for assigned product categories. Interpret U.S. and Canadian regulations, standards, and test methods. Provide technical support to sales and account managers during client engagements. Prepare test plans, test protocols, and other technical documentation. Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure consistent interpretation and application of regulations, standards, and test requirements. Participate in Standards Development Organizations (SDOs), and industry associations. Develop and deliver technical training for clients, retailers, suppliers, laboratories, and internal personnel. Create presentations, webinars, technical bulletins, guidance documents, and customer-facing educational materials. Support initiatives and contribute expertise to technical service development and process improvement projects. Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines, and client expectations. Build and maintain stron
