Senior Telecom ICSS Engineer

Lead and coordinate the Telecom engineering scope for the Absheron Onshore Package, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, schedule, quality and HSE requirements. Manage and technically supervise EPSCC Contractors and vendors , including review and approval of Telecom engineering deliverables. Coordinate Telecom interfaces with ICSS, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process, Mechanical, Civil and other disciplines . Monitor engineering progress, technical decisions, risks, deviations, derogations and scope changes, ensuring timely corrective and mitigation actions. Lead or participate in design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, CHAZOP, constructability reviews and technical workshops . Promote fit-for-purpose, cost-effective and standardized Telecom solutions , including value engineering and lessons learned. Provide technical support during construction, installation, commissioning and Site activities , including resolution of technical queries and non-conformities.
