About the Position We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a team building Germany’s next-generation Identity Provider platform for the national healthcare Telematics Infrastructure (TI), enabling millions of statutory health insurance members to securely access digital healthcare services. This is a security-critical, gematik-regulated platform delivering production-grade OAuth 2.0/OIDC identity services, hardware-backed cryptography, PII protection, and audit-grade quality. In this environment, test evidence is an integral part of every release. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer , you will drive a quality-first approach by implementing automated API, integration, and compliance test suites in Java, ensuring that the platform consistently meets the strict requirements of healthcare and identity management regulations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites as code using Java. Create BDD-based automated test scenarios using Cucumber against REST APIs. Automate API testing for OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication and authorization flows using RestAssured or similar tools. Develop integration tests using JUnit 5, Testcontainers, and WireMock. Validate compliance with gematik specifications through traceable, evidence-based test
