The Senior Test Manager – Core Banking Solutions is responsible for planning, coordinating and governing all testing activities across Core Banking delivery initiatives. The role ensures that software releases meet agreed quality standards and are delivered in a predictable, controlled and efficient manner. The Senior Test Manager acts as the primary quality lead within a program or portfolio of projects and works closely with Delivery Leads, Business Stakeholders, Development Teams, Release Management and Clients to ensure successful test execution and release readiness. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring proactive leadership, strong ownership and active management of risks, defects, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
