Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts. Customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts. Your key tasks Lead the project-based test team, enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices Define Test Policy and Test Plan Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates Report progress to management and customer Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their re-usability Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness) Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting Documentation and evaluatio
