Senior UI/UX Designer

Category: Technology Location: »Handle the UI/UX design process from conceptthrough execution, working closely with product managers, developers, andstakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. »Conduct user research, create personas, userjourneys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development. »Analyze dataand make decisions on how to improve a product’s design. »Brainstorm design ideas thatmeet with businessobjectives and priorities. »Design interfacesthatlead to intuitive userexperiences. »Work closelywith business stakeholdersto ensure designs areeffectively implemented and maintain alignment with project goals. »Assess creativework to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept. »Lead the creation, execution, and continuousevolution of brand guidelines, inspiring creative excellence by pushing theirboundaries. »Ensure timely delivery of designswhile maintaining high quality »Ensure that all design elements are responsive,accessible, and optimized for both web and mobile applications »Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute tothe continuous improvement of design standards and processes. »Advocate for users by testing early designs andproviding user-focused implementation suggestions. Requirements »BA/BS in Graphic Design, or related field. »5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience. Previous experience ofboth B2C and B2B products is a plus. »Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centeredthinking/design. »Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsiveinterfaces. »Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports. »Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and/orFigma. »Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is a plus. »Experience with dashboards and data visualization is a big plus. »Solid experience with user-centric design (but know when to break therules). »Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. »Strong communication and presentation
