The Senior, Vendor Governance Analyst tracks vendor performance, financial commitments, and governance actions to improve transparency, support leadership decisions, and help ensure vendors deliver against expected outcomes. Job Purpose: This position supports the Strategic Vendor Governance office by providing performance analytics, insights, and operational support across strategic vendor relationships. This role focuses on tracking vendor performance, identifying trends and risks, and ensuring governance processes are consistently executed. The Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data driven governance and supporting leadership decision making related to vendor performance, financial outcomes, and risk. This role provides exposure to enterprise vendor strategy, executive forums and commercial decision-making. Job Responsibilities: Performance Tracking & Analytics Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data (CSLs, SLAs, KPIs, vendor scorecards) Monitor trends, identify risks or deterioration in performance, and escalate issues accordingly Maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards for leadership and executive reviews at the vendor and enterprise level Independently analyzes vendor performance and risk indicators, surfacing insight
