What You Get To Do We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team, supporting visual storytelling, design systems, and brand consistency across Canopy’s portfolio of brands, including PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform, and Semper Virens. In this role, you will concept and execute compelling visual designs, campaign systems, illustrations, and motion graphics that strengthen each brand’s identity while ensuring cohesion across the broader Canopy ecosystem. This role requires a high level of collaboration with teams across Marketing, UX Design, Product, Web, Communications, and brand stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into visually cohesive and impactful creative. An ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong design-systems mindset, a refined visual aesthetic, and deep curiosity about how AI can enhance creative work. You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore concepts, build workflows, and improve creative output. You know how to lead a project from brief to final delivery, balancing concept development, design quality, and operational rigor across multiple brands. This role reports directly to the Director of Creative, based in the Mexico City office. Key Responsibilities - Develop visual design systems, campaign concepts, illustrations, a
