Brand & Visual Strategy Own BJAK’s brand identity and visual systems across all platforms Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling Develop creative campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels 2. Creative Leadership Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary creative team Set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the brand vision Foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and execution-driven team culture 3. Execution & Optimization Build and manage creative workflows balancing quality, speed, and scalability Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to align visuals with strategic goals Use data, insights, and marke
