This role is designed for independent advisors who want to maintain full control of their practice while leveraging institutional-grade technology, marketing, compliance, and operational support to scale efficiently. Ideal Candidate Profile This role is intended for active financial advisors currently managing a portable, fee-based book of business with a minimum of $25M in AUM. Candidates should be client-first, growth-oriented, and comfortable operating in an independent or 1099 environment.
