We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Workato Integration Engineer to join our IT / Enterprise Applications team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise integrations across Five9’s business application ecosystem using Workato, while establishing the integration standards and best practices that support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of integration experience, a Workato certification, deep technical expertise across modern integration patterns and security practices, and the ability to lead technical discussions with both architects and business stakeholders. The position requires working hours that overlap with the US Pacific time zone , where our Technology teams are primarily based. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations and automations using Workato across Five9’s business application ecosystem. Define and maintain integration standards, reusable patterns, and design guidelines so integrations remain scalable and maintainable as systems evolve.
