SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Denova is looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our online growth and generate high-quality inbound opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for executing our SEO strategy, improving our website performance, creating engaging content, growing our domain authority through high-quality backlinks, and continually optimising our digital presence. In addition to SEO, you will also support our paid digital marketing strategy by planning, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, ensuring our organic and paid channels work together to maximise lead generation and return on investment. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical SEO knowledge with excellent marketing and website design skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives, analysing performance data, and continually identifying opportunities to improve search rankings, website performance and lead generation. This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines. Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, partnerships, guest posting and digital PR. Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise qualified leads and return on advertising spend. Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO platforms, providing regular reporting and recommendations. Optimise existing website content and create SEO-focused landing pages to improve search visibility.
