ABOUT THE ROLE As a Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend architecture and ensuring the success of our technical initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding your squad on architectural decisions, establishing best practices, and ensuring the team executes with technical excellence. Your leadership will be critical in driving innovation, performance, and reliability for our backend services.
