The Service Contracts Manager is responsible for qualifying incoming Services contracts requests as well as creating, editing, and maintaining Statements of Work (SOWs) and related Services contracts. This Service Contracts Manager role autonomously drives the delivery of Services offerings to both internal and external clients by assisting with the development of SOWs, Service Orders (SOs), Change Orders, and Task Orders, as well as quality assurance for any outgoing services opportunities. The Service Contracts Manager advises and deploys appropriate contract pathways by optimizing Optiv 's financial, operational, legal, and business terms, and is primarily responsible for supporting Optiv 's Sales areas organization through the use, maintenance, expansion, and training related to Optiv 's contract vehicles and sales efforts. The role supports streamlining system workflows, enabling field sales and scoping teams, interfacing with partner and client contacts and ensuring contract compliance. The Service Contracts Manager acts as a subject matter expert for the sales and scoping teams, providing direction, training, and reporting.
