Service Engineer – Malton, Yorkshire. We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Engineer with a background in Electronics, Electrical and Computing Engineering. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel to various locations around the world. The main purpose is the role is the offer our prestigious customers support as well as offering technical support to the Sales Team and the Project Teams. Responsibilities: Undertake site visits to conduct installation and commissioning work, site surveys, system health checks and rectification of system faults including hardware (electrical circuit wiring) and software. Be responsible for procurement/planning of any tools or materials that are required to complete a site visit Be responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of tools and PPE required to carry out service activities. Whilst in the office, be the first point of contact for external customers responding professionally in both the spoken and written word to achieve the right solution for all parties Further develop and maintain these customer relationships in a constructive and proactive manner.
