Become a part of our caring community The Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead develops, manages, and delivers strategic programs designed to support business objectives, operational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation plans, manage project timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure successful program execution. You will report to the Associate VP. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty value-based programs, establishing evidence-based approaches, priorities, and timelines that align with enterprise performance objectives and support specialist engagement Evaluate program outcomes, analyze performance results, and communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to executives and business leaders Perform strategic planning and strategy development work, including advising on functional and segment-specific initiatives, identifying opportunities, and shaping recommendations that support business priorities and operational goals Prepare clear written communications, deliver stakeholder updates, and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support executive decision-making, program reporting, and strategic discussions Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 7+ years of health care or managed care experience with a provider focus 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts 5+ years' experience improving processes and implementing efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices 5+ years project management experience 5+ years of experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program-related decisions Experience presenting to Senior Leadership Experience creating PowerPoint presentations that translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually effective executive-level materials Preferred Qualifications Master's Degr
