Kentro is seeking a ServiceNow Continuous Automation Monitoring (CAM) Project Manager to support our VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States leading the centralized support team responsible for the post-implementation operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CAM Module. The CAM Project Manager is the single accountable owner for service delivery to ATO Managers, cross-functional coordination across stakeholder groups, and successful execution of the CAM transition plan. Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Responsibilities Lead the CAM Centralized Support Team, including resource planning, performance management, and team development. Serve as the central intake point for items received from ATO Managers; triage, prioritize, and assign work across the team. Own and maintain the CAM transition plan, including the phased rollout schedule, milestones, RACI, dependencies, and risk register. Coordinate with EndPoint Engineering, Information System Owners (ISOs), the ATO program office, and the AODR to maintain end-to-end visibility of all CAM tasks. Establish and chair recurring governance forums (steering committees, working groups, status reviews) with stakeholders. Define and report against team KPIs and SLAs, including intake response times, training completion, dashboard accuracy, and SOP adherence.
