We enable your best to power our future Priority: 3-5 year certified ServiceNow application Development and administration experience across atleast 2 modules (ITSM/HR/ITOM/Custom Apps). Catalogs, business rules, scripting, workflow/flow designer, ACLs, integrations, etc. Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal, understand business requirements, know SNOW best practices Experience with Integrations between ServiceNow and various third-party systems OR knowledge and experience using REST API to build integrations Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to join our ServiceNow platform team at Nielsen. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and design, configure, develop, implement, maintain and optimize Nielsen's ServiceNow platform and related modules. If you have solid ServiceNow development and administration experience in the ITSM, HR, ITOM, Custom App modules, scripting skills, and a passion for implementing best practices, we want to hear from you!
