Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover. Key Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate. Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions). Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution. Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
