The ServiceNow Technical Product Owner – IT, Facilities & Finance role is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmaps, managing the product backlog and ensuring delivered solutions meet the needs of our organisation and associates. This role bridges business needs across multiple functions, service operations, and engineering execution, ensuring scalable, automated, and user-centric service experiences across IT, workplace and functional domains. While IT Service Management is growing in maturity the role will also lead the stand up and operationalisation of service management capabilities for Facilities & Finance. This position reports to the Enterprise Service Management leader and is part of the Enterprise Applications Team in Danaher Corporate and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for IT, Facilities & Finance, aligning platform investments with business objectives and associate experience goals. Own and prioritise the product backlog and Agile delivery lifecycle, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-value outcomes.
