[Singapore] Manager – Product Lifecycle Management

As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are looing for a talented individual to join us as a Manager – Product Lifecycle Management. Based in our regional office in Singapore, the incumbent will be accountable for the coordinated and disciplined management of pharmaceutical products throughout their entire lifecycle across the ASIA region, from late‑stage development and launch transition to growth, maturity, optimization, and saturation. The role exists to lead to ensuring products remain supply‑reliable, cost‑effective, compliant, and operationally fit‑for‑purpose at every stage of their lifecycle, while driving out avoidable risks, inefficiencies, and complexity. This is achieved through strong cross‑functional coordination, structured lifecycle governance, and lead to drive timely decisions at different stages. As regional PLM process owner, the position establishes and maintains common lifecycle management process, tools, and review mechanisms across Asian markets, ensuring alignment with global policies while accommodating local regulatory, commercial, and operational requirements. The role acts as a key integrator between Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, and Commercial functions to translate lifecycle strategy into executable actions.
