About the role We build software at the intersection of precision hardware and high-stakes production — control systems for semiconductor equipment, data analytics platforms that help fabs improve yield and process stability. Our clients include leading international OEMs and China's most ambitious domestic wafer manufacturers. As a Software Tech Lead, you will own both technical execution and practical project delivery for the team. You are expected to understand the software architecture, guide implementation decisions, support the development team technically, and also take responsibility for planning, progress tracking, risk follow-up, scope coordination, and client-facing communication. You will work closely with Software Architects, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure that complex semiconductor software projects are delivered with technical quality, realistic commitments, and clear alignment.
