Job Description Summary The Site EHS Specialist - Services position reports hierarchically to the ASEAN EHS Lead. He/she will be responsible to ensure the safe operations during Service across ONW Thailand Region. He/she will work closely with the OPS team and when needed with the customers to provide technical EHS support and oversight to ensure successful implementation and execution of all EHS expectations from GE Vernova & ONW. He/she will also provide input and support the wider ONW COE EHS team as we work to build one successful EHS team. The Site EHS Specialist -ONW Thailand Services is a critical role to provide technical EHS guidance and support successful EHS management across the operations sites during the GE Vernova work scope such as service operations, major upgrades and Blade services. Job Description As : Site EHS Specialist - Services: , you will: Partner with Operations leadership to drive the EHS Programs implementation on ground at Thailand ONW FSA Wind Farm sites. Ensure Implementation of GE Vernova Life Saving Rules, EHS Programs and procedures which are in line with GE Vernova and local regulation requirements on EHS Management. Lead the effective implementation of EHS Management systems aligned with GE Vernova ONW expectations by supporting and guiding operations team. Drive and ensure the EHS & Regulatory compliance in services sites situated in Thailand are met 100% of the time effectively. Coach and support key influencers, including managers, on strategies to foster an organizational culture that prioritizes EHS. Ensure compliance and coordinate with the stake holders of Operations/MCU Leaders/Blade Services/sourcing to ensure the implementation of both GE Vernova and legislative EHS expected programs and training requirements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives and drive accountability in Thailand.
