Provide day-to-day technical support for piping and valve activities on site. Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, valve datasheets, material specifications, piping layouts and 3D model extracts. Manage and respond to Contractor Technical Queries, Deviation Requests, Concession Requests and site clarifications. Coordinate with home-office engineering to resolve design discrepancies and information gaps. Support piping and valve installation, welding, testing, flushing and reinstatement activities. Review ITPs, WPS/PQRs, erection plans and test packs. Participate in piping and valve inspections, including weld/NDE checks and material conformity verification. Monitor the handling, preservation and installation of manual, actuated, control and cryogenic valves. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, cleaning, drying and leak testing.
