Site Security Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Site Security Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, facilities, assets, and operations in Munich and the Munich area. The Site Security Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational security of the site, including the coordination of security personnel, access control, visitor management, security systems, incident response, and the implementation of established security procedures. You’ll work closely with the Security Manager, external security providers, Facility Management, Operations, and other relevant internal stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on security professional who can independently manage daily security operations while ensuring that significant incidents, risks, and security concerns are appropriately escalated to the Security Manager. Responsibilities and Duties The role requires practical knowledge of physical security systems and processes, including CCTV, access control systems, alarm management, visitor management, key management, and security reporting tools. A good understanding of physical, technical, and organizational security measures is required. The Site Security Manager works independently in managing day-to-day security operations within established policies and procedures. Routine operational decisions are handled independently, while significant incidents, major security risks, policy changes, or strategic decisions are escalated to the Regional Security Manager.
