About the Role We are looking for an experienced coaching professional to support learners completing our Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship. This is primarily a coaching and pastoral role. You will build trusted relationships with learners, help them overcome barriers and provide the right balance of support, encouragement and constructive challenge. Working with learners, line managers and the wider Apprenticeship Team, you will help learners remain engaged, take ownership of their progress and apply their learning within real HR and workplace situations. You do not need to be a senior HR specialist, but you must be confident working with HR and people professionals and understanding their workplace context.
