This is a hands-on role combining creativity, social media management, influencer outreach, relationship building, and partnership management. The ideal candidate should be highly social, creative, confident in communication, and comfortable building genuine relationships with influencers and content creators. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Content Develop and manage social media strategy across relevant platforms. Create engaging reels and UGC-style content. Maintain a consistent brand voice and content presence. Influencer Outreach & Partnerships Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and content creators. Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships. Develop and negotiate influencer offers and partnership terms. Influencer Program Management Manage relationships with onboarded influencers and creators. Build and grow an ongoing influencer network. Manage inbound messages, inquiries, and partnership conversations. Track influencer collaborations and campaign performance. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing. Proven experience creating high-performing reels and UGC-style content. Hands-on experience building and managing influencer partnerships. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. A highly social, outgoing, and confident personality. Ability to independently manage both creative and relationship-focused responsibilities. Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
