Social Media Manager – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms. This is not a scheduling-only role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media—someone who understands platform culture, creates content that feels native to each channel, and knows how to build engaged online communities. From day one, you’ll take ownership of 10 social media accounts , beginning with a comprehensive account audit and strategic improvement plan. You’ll then execute platform-specific content strategies, create engaging short-form content, manage community engagement, and optimize performance across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, and Pinterest. If you understand that what performs on LinkedIn is very different from what succeeds on TikTok, Reddit, or StockTwits—and can adapt accordingly—this role is for you. Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Account Audits Conduct comprehensive audits of existing social media accounts and identify growth opportunities. Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with audience behavior and business objectives. Create and maintain structured content calendars across all active platforms. Identify content gaps, engagement opportunities, and audience growth strategies. Continuously refine social strategies based on platform trends and performance data. Social Media Management Manage and publish content across: LinkedIn X (Twitter) StockTwits YouTube TikTok Facebook Instagram Reddit Bluesky Pinterest Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and community engagement daily.
