The platform supports:• Plan configuration • Eligibility and enrollment workflows • Provider administration • Billing and payment integrations • Reporting across a growing network of healthcare organizations About the Role: Wellfit is seeking a Plans Architect to lead the architecture and evolution of the systems that power our Plans platform. This role will focus on the platform capabilities behind plan configuration, eligibility and enrollment logic, provider administration workflows, billing and payment integrations, reporting, and treatment-related financial programs. This is not a narrowly scoped application architecture role. The Plans Architect will need to think across product workflows, front-end experiences, backend services, APIs, data, integrations, and platform foundations. This person will help modernize and scale a business-critical product area while bringing structure and clarity to complex technical and business problems. The ideal candidate is hands-on enough to understand the technical details, senior enough to guide architecture, and able to lead teams through complexity with precision, ownership, and strong technical judgment.
