Software Architect (R&D)

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect. In this role, you will define the technical vision for new products and technology initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, design modern architectural solutions, and help engineering teams transform ideas into scalable, production-ready products. This role requires a combination of architectural expertise, strong hands-on engineering experience, and a technology-driven mindset. You will drive technology strategy, evaluate new approaches, lead Proof of Concept initiatives, and make key architectural decisions that shape the future of our products and platforms. This is a remote role. Responsibilities Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives. Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive Proof of Concept initiatives. Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures. Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines. Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems. Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions. Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging modern technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation. Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies. Support engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges and making key architectural decisions. Conduct architecture reviews and technical solution assessments. Contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term product evolution. Support technology transformation and product modernization initiatives. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on architecture and technology strategy topics. Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
