Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Software Architect to join our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum of five (5) years of relevant software development experience. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. DoD 8570 IAT Level I Baseline Certification CompTIA A+ with Continuing Education (A+ CE) Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security) Certified Network Defender (CND) CompTIA Network+ with Continuing Education (Network+ CE) Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Clearance Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop new software products and major enhancements to existing applications. Perform feasibility analysis for potential future projects to support management decision-making. Address issues of systems integration, compatibility, and cross-platform functionality. Ensure all developed solutions meet quality, security, and performance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, translate them into system specifications, and deliver effective solutions. Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with technical and operational objectives.
