Become the leading platform to create animated content. 👋 WHO YOU ARE You are a hands-on design leader with a deep passion for craft and a strong belief in close collaboration with engineers to bring excellence into every product detail, from high-level user experience to the finest interface interaction. You thrive at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring that every feature we ship is thoughtful, cohesive, and beautifully executed. - 6+ years of experience designing for high-growth startups and/or scale-ups at a senior or director position, with a proven track record of shipping polished, user-centered products - Outstanding visual design skills, with strong command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy - A sharp eye for design, obsessive attention to detail, and an intuitive sense of what feels right - A natural problem
