We want you to be part of our team in Warsaw, working remotely , as a Software Developer. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY? Design, develop, implement, and deploy enterprise-level software solutions using Microsoft technologies. Develop software components across the data, business logic, and user interface layers. Translate functional and technical requirements into software architecture and detailed designs. Design solutions using UML and produce clear technical documentation. Develop and maintain Microsoft Business Intelligence and reporting solutions. Work with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms. Design and optimise physical databases, data models, ETL processes, reports, and analytical solutions. Work with SQL, OLAP, reporting, data mining, and data modelling tools. Lead or provide technical guidance to software development teams. Propose technical solutions for business requirements and complex technical problems. Optimise software solutions from performance, security, quality, and maintainability perspectives. Estimate the effort, resources, and time required for development activities. Define and promote software development standards and best practices. Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and change management. Develop testing tools and support the testing of delivered solutions. Manage software configuration, releases, and deployment activities. Collect and interpret software development and performance metrics. Prototype new solutions and validate technical approaches. Provide second- and third-line technical support. Work within Scrum-based software development environments. Participate in the complete lifecycle of software solutions, from initial requirements through production deployment and support. Requirements WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? At least one internationally recognised intermediate-level certification in software development relevant to the domain. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant professional experience. At least 2 years of experience relevant to the profile or at similar position At least 5 years of professional experience working with .NET technologies. At least 3 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power BI or an equivalent business intelligence platform. Experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects involving the design, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar solutions. Strong experience developing enterprise-level software systems using Microsoft technologies. In-depth knowledge of physical databases, SQL, business intelligence, reporting tools, ETL tools, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining. Proven experience designing and developing data, business logic, and user interface layers. Knowledge of UML and experience designing applications using UML notation. Experience working in Scrum development environments. Experience covering at least one complete software solution lifecycle. Practical Experience In The Following Areas Is Expected C# and .NET. ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core. Microsoft Power BI. SQL and relational databases. Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent databases. ETL processes and tools. Data modelling and physical database design.
