At Saab Surveillance we are currently in a rapid expansion phase and are looking to expand one of our teams with a number of great developers to help accelerate our deliveries. Your role As a Software developer for Radar Monitoring you'll join a team that plays an integral role in shaping the technology behind our advanced radar sensor systems, specifically focusing on radar health. Your role will involve developing functionality to collect, analyze, aggregate, and display diagnostics to optimize uptime and support the operator — both of which are crucial to the safety and reliability of our solutions. From initial concept to delivery, you’ll be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle. Your profile We're looking for a curious and driven Software Developer with a growth mindset. As a collaborative team player, you enjoy working hands-on and delivering results while helping to foster an open, trusting, and innovative work environment. What we're also looking for: Master’s degree in EE, CS, Math, Physics, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of relevant software development experience in a professional environment. Experience working in a Linux-based development environment. Strong understanding and experience of Agile software development. A solid foundation in software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD. Proficiency in Java and C++ is advantageous, but not a must. We also welcome strong developers with a deep understanding of embedded systems. Fluent in both Swedish and English. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
