The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development including expertise leading teams in AI-led development. You’ll have strong experience working in cloud infrastructure. You will contribute to the building of financial services and business layer capabilities that empower companies (and their employees) to make a trusted positive impact across the globe. Your contributions will involve working closely with technical leaders, product leaders and stakeholders across various teams to deliver value that exceeds client expectations. What you’ll do: - Lead teams in the AI-DLC process to deliver software solutions at pace - Own team throughput within the AI-DLC, measured across initiative, bolt, and PR-level cycle time and quality metrics - Ensure initiatives enter inception with high quality bolt-ready artifacts - Facilitate Mob Elaboration and Mob Construction so they produce results, aligned product and engineering intent from inception and quality code shipped to production from Construction - Maintain “human in the loop, always” as an engineering discipline.
