Software Engineer - Backend L2

About the Job: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Backend Software Engineer to join our fast-growing fintech company in Latin America. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering resilient and sustainable software projects from design to implementation and rollout. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable software products and assist in integrating them with cloud services. You will gain exposure to distributed systems, event-driven architectures (EDA), NoSQL databases, and domain-driven design (DDD) principles. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to learn and apply best practices in software development, unit testing, deployment, and monitoring in a production environment. You'll work under the guidance of senior engineers but are expected to take initiative, act with urgency, and deliver high-quality work that adds value to our business and customers.
