ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer, Business Analytics to help build lightweight software tools, dashboards, automations, and data workflows that improve how HavocAI operates. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, business operations, analytics, and rapid prototyping. You will work with teams across the company to understand business needs, identify process gaps, and build practical tools that make information easier to access, analyze, and act on. This may include internal dashboards, reporting workflows, data pipelines, lightweight applications, AI-assisted tools, and automations that reduce manual work. This is a great role for an early-career engineer who enjoys “vibe coding,” rapid iteration, AI-assisted development, and solving ambiguous business problems with simple, useful software. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong technical fundamentals, good judgment, and the ability to turn unclear requests into working tools quickly.
