Software Engineer - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

You will be part of the Service Operations – Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management (CLM/CRM) Team, which is responsible for ensuring stable platform operations and the continuous improvement of our Avaloq software and products for our clients. As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications and services within the CLM/CRM domain. You will be responsible for enhancing existing functionalities, investigating and resolving production issues, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the solutions delivered to our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Service Managers, Product teams, and Project Delivery teams. You will take over, maintain, and enhance solutions delivered to production, investigate and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and services used by our clients.
