About the Role Customer Studio is Hightouch ’s second major product that provides a purpose-built no-code suite of features that enables anyone, regardless of their SQL experience, to activate data directly from their warehouse. The product has become an essential part of the day-to-day operations for marketing and growth teams to build and measure audiences and campaigns, and it also serves as part of the underlying infrastructure that powers our agentic marketing workflows. The team blends product and customer-first thinking with challenges at high data scale, helping us reimagine marketing in an AI-native world. We’re looking to add a product-minded backend engineer to the team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diving deep into backend and distributed systems and think holistically about architecture, scalability, maintainabilit
