Software Engineer I – Engineering Services Department: Engineering Services Location: Wilmington, MA Reports to: Sr.Manager, Engineering Services About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer I to join the Engineering Services team. This role focuses on investigating and resolving customer-impacting software issues in close partnership with Services, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Cloud Operations. The team also turns recurring production patterns into stability improvements and contributes to Product-requested feature packs based on priorities and available capacity. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively for investigation, development, testing, and documentation while applying sound engineering judgment to validate the results.
