Job Profile Code: QATGP3 Job Profile Title: Software Engineer in Test III Business Title: Software Engineer in Test III Position Overview As a Software Engineer in Test III, you are expected to independently own the quality strategy for multiple features and applications while driving improvements across automation, performance, documentation, and engineering practices. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Architects, and other Quality Engineers to identify quality risks early, build scalable testing solutions, and improve engineering efficiency through automation and thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools. Beyond feature testing, you will influence engineering quality by mentoring junior engineers, improving testing frameworks, and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen product reliability.
