About the role This is a hybrid position where employees work 2 days onsite and 3 days remotely. We are only considering candidates local to the following areas: Little Rock, AR; Dallas, TX; Mentor, OH; Miamisburg, OH. The Software Engineer IV provides strategic, technical, and architectural expertise to software development projects and team members. In this role, the individual is able to work independently with limited supervision in designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software. The Software Engineer IV acts at the highest level of technical expertise addressing problems on systems integration, and compatibility, performs feasibility assessments,
