We are further growing our team and are looking for Software Engineers (Full Stack Rust) to join our existing team of Rust developers. We Are Offering the opportunity to develop professional software in Rust; the advantages of a type- and memory-safe compiled language on all layers, from database services in the back-end to WebAssembly driven UIs in the browser; a young company, where developers actively contribute and take ownership to create innovative products by building web-based, multi-tier software solutions on Unix; to collaborate with a small team of experienced software developers as well as the co-founders, with 20+ years of experience in the payment industry; an environment that is also open to career changers who are interested to learn and work in a vibrant industry; a monthly salary starting from 3000 € (gross) depending on the level of experience; great working conditions; flexible working hours, modern office space, remote working option, private health insurance; The Ideal Candidate has experience in at least one object-oriented or multi-paradigm programming language (must); Rust skills are a big plus; has basic knowledge of SQL; has a Unix background; experience using FreeBSD is a plus; knows HashiCorp tools like Consul and Vault; is able to navigate existing code and has experience in developing and connecting to web services; understands client-server systems; is motivated, passionate, eager to learn, and interested in FinTech products; is passionate about secure, reliable and efficient software; is happy to work independently and in a team; is taking accountability for their commitments, has attention to detail in their own work, and is able to give and receive constructive feedback; loves to create exciting products, meeting often complex, sometimes even conflicting goals like regulatory compliance, data protection legislation, information security policies, and offering a first-class user experience; has very good written and verbal English language skills; If this sounds interesting, you may well just be the person we need.
