We are seeking a passionate problem solver to work as a Software Engineer in Performance and Tools team to: Enhance and maintain in-house synthetic data generation tools Investigate performance issues in enterprise applications Develop, maintain and optimize performance scripts and test framework Validate and improve the scalability, reliability of enterprise applications and cloud-native systems. Key Responsibilities Support quality and development teams with the test data generation requirements. Learn in-house test data generation tool and enhance its capabilities. Develop solutions with an AI-centric approach. Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios. Troubleshooting performance issues by analyzing application, infrastructure, and database bottlenecks. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues. Integrate AI/ML techniques into performance testing. Integrate observability tools in performance analysis and related processes Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), Volume, and Scalability testing. Create performance reports, reporting frameworks and provide optimization recommendations.
