THE ROLE You'll expand what Blockit can do and where it shows up in people's lives. This isn't traditional growth engineering, it's about building new agent capabilities, opening up new surfaces (Slack, mobile, desktop, etc.), and finding ways for Blockit to handle workflows we don't support yet. You'll ship features end-to-end: talking to users, prototyping, building, and measuring. The work spans frontend, backend, and agent engineering. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build new features end-to-end: backend, frontend, and agent integrations - Add new tools and capabilities to our agents to handle new workflows - Build and improve integrations with external services (Slack, email, calendar providers) - Collaborate with design and GTM to figure out what's missing and what's broken for our users - Prototype quickly, ship, and iterate based on what you learn - Work across the codebase—you'll touch a lot
