Senior Software Engineer Position Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at TraceLink, you’ll design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable software across our cloud platform. You’ll independently own complex features from discovery through production, lead technical implementation, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and help continuously improve our engineering practices. AI-assisted engineering is a core part of how we work. You’ll use approved AI tools to accelerate design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and analysis while applying strong engineering judgment to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
