Duties: Solve complex technical problems and deliver innovative, scalable, maintainable solutions with minimal supervision. Implement architectural patterns and design standards in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices. Champion Agile and Lean methodologies, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and iterative improvement. Design, code, review, and optimise critical software components and services. Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment with proactive operational monitoring. Embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance as non-negotiable quality attributes throughout architecture and development. Leverage modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimise cost and flexibility. Promote secure coding practices and security controls throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
