About the Role We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Interior Systems team, focusing on Illumination & Power Outlet solutions . You will contribute to the development of advanced interior features such as interior lighting, USB, wireless charging, switches, displays, and overhead console systems . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where technology and design are continuously evolving to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your Responsibilities Develop system solutions by breaking down functional requirements into implementable software components Create and maintain traceable requirements in requirement management tools (e.g., CarWeaver or equivalent) Ensure alignment of interfaces, signal databases, and system designs Document and review software implementations to ensure compliance with system requirements Define test strategies , plan validation activities, and review system test results Perform system safety activities including SFMEA, impact analysis, and boundary diagrams Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system design, software development, testing, and hardware engineering Engage with suppliers for reviews (requirements, testing, and integration) Contribute to continuous improvement of system and software development practices What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics , or a related field Experience in automotive software development Strong understanding of system engineering and requirement breakdown Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Self-driven with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks Key Skills Experience with CANoe / Vector tools Knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g., CarWeaver or similar) Familiarity with signal database tools (e.g., Elektra or equivalent) Understanding of automotive system validation and safety processes Why Join Us?
