Apprenticeship Overview The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme, supported by DEG Impulse offers a unique pathway for individuals aspiring to build or advance a career in software development and data engineering. This advanced apprenticeship program is designed for engineers who are ready to refine tehir technical maturity, ownership, and delivery standards while working on production-level systems. Participants will engage in structured upskilling combined with hands-on contribution to real-world projects aligned with international delivery expectations. Participants will work closely with experienced engineers, received continuos feedback, and apply best practices in a profesisonal delivery environment. Successful apprentices maybe ocnsidered for a full-time role upon completion of the program, subject to performance and business needs. Training program will be run different specializations such as Data Engineering, Python Backend + AI App Developpment, Java Backend, JavaScript Full Stack and DevOps.
