Software Engineering Manager, Data Engineering

Position The Software Engineering Manager, Data Engineering will join a multi-disciplinary engineering team that develops systems handling multiple high-throughput (PB/week) high-content imaging data streams. The position's primary responsibility will be to lead a small team to design and support mission-critical computational pipelines to analyze proprietary microscopy data, in collaboration with the larger Engineering, Research and Information Technology teams. Define and evolve the engineering system architecture vision to support system features and user-facing capabilities. Characterize and communicate design trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
